Great place, prices, quality and great people! Moeen was so helpful and followed up with us. He took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We love our floor! The installers were hardworking, professional and cleaned up everything after they finished. All the people here are great to work with.

My wife and I worked with Moeen in selecting a flooring option that would be perfect for our home. The experience was outstanding from the first contact with Moeen through the final installation by a crew that did a fabulous job. Our project was completed November/December 2017 and we waited to post our review after several months of use. We are very pleased to say the selection was excellent, the service outstanding, installation very professionally done and floor continuous to enrich our home. Drove from Huntersville super fast to get there before 6:00pm. Arrived 5:45pm, walked in and the manager was on the phone. We asked if they were closed and he nodded. Didn't apologize, didn't smile or even offered to let us browse. CLOSING TIME says 6:00pm... it is 5:45pm. He lost a sale from us. He was more in a rush to get home than to help us out. Glad we didn't purchase from this store. Went to the Gastonia location the day after... James was much more pleasant. He got our sale instead. PLEASE POST YOU CLOSE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO 6:00PM. We can't help the traffic, but we sure can be there before you "close"

Good pricing and easy to work with from start to finish. Mickey was straightforward and responsive, and I had new carpet in my house just a few days after our first phone call. Installers did a great job and left the place clean.

Mr Jay was very engaging and made sure he showed us around the store to allow for better choice of the best carpet. The installation was quick. He made a follow up phone call to make sure that we are happy with the product and installation.
