I have stayed at Care Partners twice now for spine related post-surgical recovery. I could not have asked for better care anywhere, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the DR.'s are excellent. I never wanted for anything, my medications were on time and pretty much anything I wanted or needed to make my stay more comfortable was provided without question. The rest of Mission Health System would do well to emulate the care given at Care Partners, they are a shining example of how Care is given. The in-patient rehabilitation is the best, I was in good hands and I'm walking out of this place on my own two feet because of them. Thank You, Care Partners!

Have mother who has had companion for three years. She has to have 24/7 care. If weather is bad or girl scheduled to work can't make it they make no effort to find replacement. They have one person Diane who will help. They leave it up to you to find replacement which is hard to do . I recommend finding backup company to fill end when needed or using carepartners as back up . I am in process of trying to work something out. You definitely don't want to work with Nancy.

Absolutely awsome, caring place! My husband got sick at pool therapy and they took wonderful care of him, seeing that an ambulance was called and took him to Mission ER to be checked out.

Carepartners was called in to take care of my father. It was a bad experience! The RN that was assigned was the ONLY positive part of this nightmare. The therapists that came would drive in the YARD. Apparently one of the ladies did not know how to use reverse on her car. So she would drive in his yard to turn around. Which left awful mud marks and torn up his yard. This happened every other day. The other therapist was a male and he would use the bathroom everyday and NOT flush the toilet. They would talk to my dad like he was a child! He is more educated than any of the staff coming to his house. When I called the office to report the issues the receptionist was a butt about it. Very short, made smart comments with LOTS of sarcasm. The staff would sit in there car for almost an hour after they saw him for MAYBE 15 to 20 minutes! I had to go down to the driveway and ask them what they were doing? No answer..then they would leave. These are just small things compared to some of the larger scale. We let them go. Another company is coming in and this new company are highly PROFESSIONAL! When you hire these people be sure you know exactly what you are facing. I would NOT recommend them. Oh also, I worked in home care for 15 years so I know what you are suppose to do and what NOT to do. They broke every rule there is for In home care.

My father spent several weeks inpatient at the CP Hospital and then did several more weeks of in-home care. ALL the Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists were fantastic as was his Case Worker. For his hospital stay, again, the therapists were fantastic beyond words but the rest of his care was concerning. The doctor spoke broken English and wouldn’t even let you speak or ask questions before he cut you off started yelling over you to ramble off a bunch of stuff none of which was about what you were actually asking about. Then, he would get personal calls on his phone and just leave the room, never having answered any of your questions. The call button was a huge sore spot. There were times that we would push the call button and it would be 5 minutes+ before someone would come on over the speaker to see what we needed and then another 5-30 minutes of waiting for a nurse or aid to actually come to the room. Considering most of their patients are completely non-ambulatory, had they pushed the call button because they were choking or having a heart attack, it’s not like they could get themselves to the hallway to signal for help. We even had a therapist hit the call button once because she needed help moving my dad and no one came or answered back on the speaker for over 5 minutes and even she commented how ridiculous that was to wait that long. She finally moved him by herself even though he was coded that he always needed 2 people to move him at that time. Apparently NONE of the nurses cover the room calls for each other. So if your nurse is giving another patient a shower, then too bad you have to wait until they get to you to get you to the bathroom, so much for dignity if you can’t wait. Which leads to my next complaint that all of the nurses there seem miserable. They never smiled and all truly seemed so unhappy to be there. Such a stark difference from the Therapy staff. We also did several weeks of home health care and our home health Therapists were equally as great. We lucked out with our home health nurse as she was a friend from our school-community and it’s rare to see her without a smile. It leads me to believe there is a serious issue with whomever manages the nurses at the in-patient facility. We expressed these concerns to the board member who came aroubd to interview us and he just litterally laughed it off and said that is standard care. My dad was released from the inpatient facility about 3 months ago and according to another friend who’s parent is there now, nothing has improved with their inpatient nursing services.
