My grandmother passed away 7 days ago. The night before, I had a pillowcase made for her with my daughter's artwork on it. This facility PROMISED me they would hold this package until I arrived from Florida (ttoday). They sent this package back to the company that made it abd now I have no idea where it is. They took a devastating situation and threw the cherry on top for me! This was going to go in her casket at tomorrow's memorial. Clearly not at this point. They've been disgusting to deal with since the moment I called on the day of her passing!!

Most staff acked rude. Not all. Doctors seemed clueless. Most nurses was out of touch with patients. No calls or contact with family. Number was on table. She was going to come out in a week alive, but died in there care. I will always feel they killed her. They told me how to make it quick ( her life ) to end it. I couldn't. This is my mom. They said this place would help to regulate her meds and Diet. Gave her sweets and salty food's. She was a diabetic with high blood. I will always hate the fact she went there. I will always love you Mom and hate that I will feel this guilt forever. Merry Christmas.

This place is for your last days my mother was there before she died but they took real good care of her so I have nothing to say bad about this place that's why I rate them 5 stars

I have experienced Hospice on both sides, as an employee and as a patients family. I give them an A+++ on both sides.
