HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 11/26/22 approx 1:45pm Not only were the drinks watered down, but the drive thru cashier with long braides with blue strands was especially rude. My husband had to go inside to get the rest of the order and said that all 3 workers inside acted like they didn't want to be there and were all very rude. I've worked fast food before for Carl's Jr, as a matter of fact and their attitude was very uncalled for. DO BETTER

I had an issue with my order of three burgers earlier today. Thanks Gerson for providing replacement of my order without any issues or complications. He displayed leadership, understanding and patience. Grateful for people who do their job well and make judgements quickly and accurately.

Every morning me and my coworkers stop in that shopping plaza to get breakfast. Be careful going to that carls jr If you're black. I don't think the cook likes black people. The last time i ordered from there it made me sick. Had to work the entire day feeling nauseated .

Nothing like getting a burger oozing condiments all down the front of you, and you only get 1 napkin in the bag. I guess this is the repayment for the upgrade to a cake from a cookie last week ‍Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes

Great Restaurant! Not very busy and very clean! Manager Bri is amazing and very attentive to guest.

I drove awhile to get to the carl's jr. When I pulled into the drive thru the lady came over the speaker and said I can not serve you because the cook is on break. I ask her if I can speak to the manager and she said hold on. Next a Hispanic guy with glasses came out and said what!!! I ask if he was the manager he said I'm the cook. I ask if I could have the manager number he then said you have a phone and I said yes, then he said rudely "then use it" as he walked back in the building. I never got the phone number, it is not even posted on the property. I'll never come back to this place again. By the way I waited out side for about an hour and a half and ever time some one came in they left out and complained about the cook is on break.. I guess this happens all the time cause as i waited I didn't even see a car go into the drive thru nor inside the restaurant. WOW,,, DONT COME TO THIS PLACE RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!

I went here bad service people sitting around not doing their job, on their phone, even a hear a worker asking customer for their phone number and offering "service" and even offer customer to sell them marijuana on site and manger doesn't do nothing about it.

Food were prepared perfectly, very clean and sanitize. Great customer service

3 times now I’ve been here and received the incorrect order. Twice I was the only car in line and once it was busier. If they can’t get the order right twice when it’s the only one on screen then there’s a fundamental problem with this location. Customer service is lacking as well.
