This place is terrible. They hire whoever. We were the first car in drive thru. Been here over a half hour and some. The building is literally empty, the cashier after 28 minutes gave us a random order at the window. She’s literally having a panic attack. There is one guys sitting inside super confused. This place needs to get their game up if they’re going to be near a freeway. We asked for a refund now another person needs to drive to this location just to do this. What is going on !!!! Super hangry now
If I could give no stars I would..my daughter got her burger bit into by the prep cook at Carl's Jr she is 9 yes old she don't lie ..she was disgusted and shocked. Manager no help other work employees thought it was funny.. disgusting restaurant and we were only customer there they took 25mins to make 2 Burger
I would go eat out of the trash before I would eat something from this place. 30 minutes in the drive thru, went in to scream at the child in charge just to find the place running with NO MANAGER OF ANY SORT ON DUTY!!!!! I made the poor kid there call his boss, who should have been there with the two employees who had been there for less then a week, and screamed at her over the phone. Going in for round two in the morning.
I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Carls junior. It was empty during lunch hour on a Friday so I should’ve known it wasn’t going to be good. The most underwhelming lunch I’ve ever had. $8 can get a subway sandwich which is where I was until I saw it was too busy so I left or if I spend a whole $2 more I can get a whole pizza from Blaze pizza. But $8 for only 9 chicken nuggets is insane. I am still very hungry and not satisfied. Not worth the price of a whole meal or something more filling anywhere else. I tried to be optimistic but I will not be returning.
The absolute worst food I’ve ever had from a Carl’s Jr. the burgers were hard as a hockey puck and extremely salty. Buns were stale. Paid extra for large crosscut fries and literally had about 6 fries in each container. The girl working the drivethru was pleasant but couldn’t get our order correct even after we had to repeat it once we got up to the window. Worst $50+dollars ever spent.
I’m currently waiting for the cashier to come back to the intercom after waiting nearly 15 minutes for them to take my order. The car behind me won’t back up and 2 people are waiting to pay and pick up food. Fast food just isn’t fast food anymore! Worst Carl’s Jr.
I went here later at night through the drive-thru and the cashier was super super friendly and funny, he took my order and tried upselling me a couple of desserts which I almost budged because he was so friendly and very good at persuading but I didn't get any. Overall very good experience and not the service I was expecting late at night from a fast food chain. The food was pretty good - got a little cold a little quick but didn't it mind it at all. I am probably going to go again soon!
Fire the whole staff and burn it down. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for our food before going in and waiting another 10 for a refund. We were informed that only two people are working with no manager and had both been working there less than a week. Did finally get our food but it was barely warm, the cheese on the sandwiches wasn’t even melted, and we did not receive any sauces even though we were asked three times what we wanted.
I got the California Classic combo, which comes with a drink and fries. The California Classic sure had shrunk! This burger is now smaller than the burger you get in a Happy Meal! That's one way to raise prices! At $8 for a combo I don't think I'll be going back.
The worst...took 45 minutes to get a decent meal. Waited 15 minutes in an EMPTY restaurant to get served. I finally started yelling for the guy in the drive through window to see if I needed to drive my car through to get served. Then when I got my fries and hand breaded chicken, I got the ones that had been sitting under the heat lamp for the 30 minutes I was there. I just grabbed them and left...but they were so terribly chewed and dry, I had to go back. Then they wouldn't remake fries or chicken strips until I brought back my receipt. So I had to go back out to the car...search for the receipt...go back in order to get fresh ones made. Plus, there were of duty employees helping themselves to food, rummaging through people's food without washing their hands. Ugh...don't go there!
