Due to an unexpected change of plans I contacted Carmens on May 17th needing car service for that evening. It was early afternoon and because of such short notice, I was somewhat hesitant as to finding service. Carmens provided the car and stellar service with professional, friendly attention that made my parents 65th wedding anniversary all the more memorable. No need to call anywhere else..... What a pleasant experience it was, to spend an hour with Carmen, from the Albany Airport to my destination. Riding with Carmen made me feel like I was with a well experienced Tour guide, he took the time to explain to me about the history of the towns, went out of his way to show me the focal points of the city. ( Monument ) His driving was relaxing, Limo was clean and beautiful. Was on time and flexible with me when I had to change my pick up time couple of times. He was willing and able to meet my needs effortlessly. I was very grateful of his kindness, and professional services that provided for me without me asking for that extra service. I will be returning to Bennington, VT annually, and I will definitely depend on services by Carmen in the future, I highly recommend to my friends and family members. We really need more people like Carmen in this world to brighten our life. In addition, his fee was the most reasonable : ) Thank you for the wonderful experience, Carmen !!! I have used Carmens Car Services a number of times primarily for travel to Boston and New York City. Their drivers a courteous and professional. They are timely and prompt. They are great with kids and often stop and treat our children to ice cream. My husband uses their car services for corporate travel and loves finding his morning paper and coffee waiting for him in the back seat.
