Late for pickup, erratic driving, driver had to sift through his messy front seat and center console to find his card reader, card reader didn't work, nearly had to run through airport to make my flight on time. Avoid at all costs.

NO CALL, NO SHOW, for early morning residential pickup. If I could give a zero rating I would. This cab company is not reliable! Stay away! Called the previous evening to arrange a ride to the airport, ended up driving myself after they didn't show up.

Recently I had an early flight and arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport so I called Star cab of Vermont . Not only he was 5 minutes early , but he also got out of his cab to greet me and help me with the 4 bags of luggage. Star cab of Vermont meet his own motto that he is very professional, clean and prompt . I had a great experience and I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking for quality service. -LB
