Initially I reached out to Matt, whom I believe to be Chris's son, who apologized for not getting back to me after several weeks of email inquiries due to a "server issue". Matt has no voicemail set up, this was the first of several red flags. After getting nowhere with Matt, I called the main office directly. The owner, who I believe to be Chris, jokingly said that he was going to "slap his son" when he saw him. He was only slightly more professional than his son. After apologizing for his son's lack of professionalism, I gave him the parameters of our shuttle needs and he promised to work up a quote by the end of business that day. I did not hear from anyone that day, nor the day after. After five days and two Messages, I called again and this time I reached the owner who proceeded to call me "son" and "Boy" only to tell me that he was too busy to provide the information he promised. I wish there was a zero star option available for the rating. I am convinced that the positive reviews posted here are the work of his friends and family members. From what I can tell, there are only three shuttle services available in this area. That is why I continued to pursue this even when I clearly should not have, shame on me. We ended up going with icehouse limousine and they were fantastic as well as professional. Paul took great care of us and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Overall, my experience with Chris and Matt was extremely negative and I would urge anyone who is considering doing business with them to reconsider their options.

Chris and his team were our weekend saviors! What a lucky google search we happened to stumble upon. He made sure that we were able to have a safe ride home every night of the weekend, regardless of how busy the event at Stratton mountain was. He was able to find us every time in the crowds!! Thank you Chris! Next time we are in VT, we will reach out without hesitation!!!!!

Seriously the best service, friendly and extremely accommodating! Chris was professional and made sure that my friends and I were taken care of when there were no other shuttle services in the area. I highly recommend VT Limo and Shuttle, and can't wait to work with them again when I'm back in the area!
