Very unorganized and unprofessional they don't keep schedule home visit or call to cancel. They come to your home without notice ( pop-up's) and feel like it's OK. I reported to the head supervisor on the way my services was conducted, I was told it would be taken care of that was a lie. I tried calling the head supervisor and leaving messages, because nothing had changed there was know response! My kids schools tried to contact them they, could not get in touch with them for week's. Please run fast as you can from this provider!! They need 0 stars but I had to leave one.
