First time there today April 26, 2018 and my Dr. Lori Mauldin was very personable and friendly. Calming atmosphere and enjoyed the friendliness of employees.

I have been attempting to make an appointment for my daughters for several months now. The phone staff is very rude and unaccommodating. I’d really like to see one of the physicians there but getting past the obnoxious phone staff is a challenge. Gives the impression that they don’t want to see new patients. If that’s the case just say you’re not accepting new patients.

I just called attempting to make an appointment. Receptionist seemed irritated and short . I suggest they improve their customer service. I will not be making an Appt there!

This place was honestly just not good. I have been here several times, spent hundreds of dollars (even though I have good insurance), and the problem still persists. Each time I have gone I have spent less than 5 minutes with a Dr/PA/Nurse and they have been inattentive and rather unfriendly. I have also had a lot of trouble contacting them. It usually takes three days for them to return a call even though their answering machine says they will call back in 24 hours and they often don't call back at all. This last time I called 2 weeks ago and I have still not received a response. Needless to say, I am done chasing them down and have an appointment with a new dermatologist who hopefully won't misdiagnose me multiple times.

Dr. Irvin instantly made me feel comfortable, was very personable and easy to talk to. I Highly recommend her!
