I'm sorry to say this but this office had fell way off! I used to love the Dr and staff. Now there seems to always be an extensive wait time, rushed service by someone who doesn't even let me get a word in. Phone calls are not returned and they "have no record of me leaving any messages". I left 3. Also didn't get the p.a. form for pharmacy that was faxed 3 times. Really looking for a new dermatologist in Lexington area. Hope someone reads this before it is removed. AND the best part was when the receptionist tried to charged me $87 for a copay 😂😂😂😂

The only cons I have about this place is the fact that you cannot call and directly talk to someone. You have to leave a voicemail. & that the wait time was pretty long. BUT overall my experience was GREAT! Dr.welch was SO sweet & helpful . She really took care of me & knew what I needed .It was totally worth the wait. I appreciate them!

Their phone system is awful. You can never get an actual person on the line. It goes directly to voicemail every single time.
