Poor customer service and staff that tries to rip you off in the optical. Would not bring my daughter and son back to this place. Don’t be deceived by the ratings. Clearly it’s a sham. Go visit piedmont eye or vision source 20/20

I showed up prior to my appointment to look at frames. Mt current lenses and indestructible frames are not sold by carolina vision. I wanted similar. The woman who greeted me and walked me through the process was spectacular, honest, forthright with her answers, etc. etc.. thank you.

Avoid this eye care center. You try to call and schedule an appointment and no one answers. Then you try to email and ask for an appointment with a doctor that was recommended by your friend and no one is there. All the eye doctors that were recommended to me have left the practice. Should be less than 1 star.

Great experience! I was able to schedule a timely appointment. The staff is great in assisting you with questions. Informative exams with open communication. I felt completely comfortable with the outcome.
