Charged $34 for a test not remember the exact name due to COVID as a reason but which is done free of cost using a fluid by other providers. Not sure what’s the relationship between COVID and that test as they are taking all precautionary measures before entering into the test room itself.

One of the best eye doctors on town. I would prefer to see Dr. Knudson any day over another eye doctor. Staff is friendly and courteous as well. Definitely recommended.

We have been to several optometrists in Charlotte. This is by far the best! Every staff member was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond. The optometrist we saw was absolutely wonderful. We learned a lot! The selection of frames offered is excellent. I felt very safe with their COVID precautions. Thank you!

I’m not one to write reviews but I had an eye exam with dr. Chala a couple days ago. I went with my sister and we had the best experience with her. By far the best prescription I’ve been given. She was patient and helped me understand more about my eyes. The convo was great too! Highly recommend.

We just moved to the area and needed to find an eye doctor for our family. The entire office was very welcoming and did a great job with concerns of COVID-19. Dr. Metz was fabulous with our daughter and we will all be going to them in the near future. Thank you
