Had to drive up the road to get season passes. We would have paid more for day passes because we camped for a fee and they require day passes for Motor homes and a car in tow. The lake was quiet and pretty, the guy who helped us was nice but couldn't be helpful when he said the Carter lake area dump station was out of order. We asked where we can go and he said you are on your own for that. We paid fees to stay and camp for 14 days and had to get season passes, all came out to over 400 for just two weeks. Check out the state parks, all of Larimer county has very small camp sites. They say they are larger online, but you will likely cause damage to your rig if you try. Low trees every where and boulders placed in blind spots all around every site and randomly on the roads.

Beautiful, the views are amazing. Not a lot of merchandise in the store. The one clerk I saw was very nice and helpful

The people that run the marina are great people. I go there almost every morning and have coffee and visit.

Super nice people, staff and guests. Be careful of the cyclists as you drive there.
