Grand Lake Marina

We were a little skeptical to try renting here after reading shady reviews on yelp but it was pretty much our only option. We had multiple interactions with the staff (the day before renting in person, the morning of renting on the phone, the day of renting in person) and each one was positive. All the staff was friendly, upbeat and helpful. My 18 month old was screaming and crying because she didn't want to put on a life jacket and the girl working there offered to get a different color because sometimes that makes a difference (!). Also, they were generous with our hour rental time (although we stayed out a little less than an hour because the lake is really not that big). When returning the boat everyone was so nice and checking to make sure we had a good time. This place may have had problems in the past but it seems like they've decided to turn it around!

Small, friendly, very nice pontoon boat rental with gas included. Also has a great coffee cafe with breakfast items.

Decided to ignore the bad reviews! So glad I did. They were so quick to put us on the water and the boat was perfect for all 9 of us. No better way to see Grand Lake than on a boat!

Had a spectacular time. Rented a plantoon boat. Not expensive at all...

Friendly staff good service and reasonable prices - been there today July 3rd 2017 and rent a canoe from them
