I purchased a pair of shoes. My son said they hurt his feet. I took them back into the store. The policy states that is a happiness policy and if you’re not happy with an item you can return it. I was not able to return the shoes. Obviously the policy needs to be changed if they’re not going to honor what is stated in their policy.

Nice and clean store. One staff is always rude, don’t know the reason but still 4 starts.

Terribly rude staff. Online says 8 pm the store closes and when I called at 7:30 pm the person on the phone very rudely said that they were closing and he couldn’t help. Cut me short, didn’t even listen to the question. Not shopping or using curbside here again.

The staff is always really friendly and really chill. I never feel pressured to buy anything. And that's a big deal when you're trying to buy things for your little one and you don't have the biggest budget in the world. Sometimes it's nice to just get out and about and shop around with the little guy and see what's available.

Wonderful staff! I had misplaced my keys in the store and the staff helped me find them with no complaints or with a sense of annoyance. Great deals and discounts, let alone the cutest selections for my 4 yr old daughter.

Excellent pricing on children's clothing! Darling items to choose from, but the seasonal turnover is pretty quick. Babies clothes are the best bargains, but Toddler clothes and young children's clothes are also a good deal.
