Can definitely tell that they do a great job at keeping things cleaned & organized. Selection of shoes & options for them aren’t always that great. But the workers were helpful & there’s a nice background music in the store

Well stocked and very large selection, though they seemed short staffed who isn't these days?. The employees they did have were very courteous and were working hard. Hopefully DSW is able to increase their compensation to attract even more people.

Great variety of shoes. However, they seem to run out of sizes pretty regularly.

It's a big shoe store. At least half the time when I find something they don't have the right size so I order it online.

This store plays great music while you are shopping. I buy shoes here annually. I especially like Merrell brand. Their prices are pretty reasonable and they have discounts emailed to you. Their online customer service has been very quick to reply to my emails, usually same day.

I had lost my keys while shopping and Amira Saani checkout lady was so helpful she was looking for them just as hard as I was, after an hr she found them in a shoebox. Huge thank you to Amira for her help and genuine concern
