Dr Terrance Hauk is great, very detailed and good at what he does. Front office is nice. The only complaint I have with the office: extra fee they charge to the patient and not to the Insurance" the surgical sterile tool fee" . I feel like a sneaky way to make extra on the procedure... The didn't back down when I questioned the fee, the answer was -everyone gets charged that fee...

I had a fantastic experience here when I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was extremely nervous and scared for the procedure but the staff walked me through every step of the way and always made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about what was happening. They gave great care instructions for at home and many resources to help my mouth heal properly. Would definitely recommend Cascade for any oral surgery.

I have worked in several offices: dental, ortho and oral surgery and this office has exceeded any expectation I could have had. From the front office staff to the nurses and Dr Freuen. Everyone was so kind, informative and treated us with the utmost care and concern. Thank you so much for such a warm environment and a place I feel I can trust with the care of my son during his surgery.

I highly recommend Cascade Oral surgery, I had to have 4 wisdom plus 2 other teeth removed in one surgery, and the staff were amazing with their caring and sensitive nature, I was feeling tense as you would knowing your going to be put to sleep but they were so nice and made me feel so at ease while preparing me for the surgery. I highly recommend them and will be sending all my family and friends there way. Thank you cascade oral surgery , your awesome
