Yakima Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Beware of their accounting dept! They charged my wife $34.50 just to issue a refund check for overpayment on her account. When I questioned them, their representative simply said "that is our procedure". I am delighted to report I received a telephone call from them today stating that they are going to refund the $34.50 tomy wife.

I saw Dr. Hudson today and had a great visit. They ensured I was in no pain during my procedure. The entire staff was super friendly and took care of my needs before the procedure even started. The staff was willing to have my kids with me during the procedure as I had no other sitter options. The got me in earlier than I had scheduled. Will go again for future visits.

The staff and surgery were fine, it was the billing that bothered me. They don't send a bill that tells you to pay X amount on X day and 'here's how to do it'. Instead they send you a bill after you're late in payments and charge you a late fee. No warning, no mail, no calls, nothing; just a late fee.
