I came here for a tooth extraction on Monday April 23 for a tooth extraction. I called back, per the instructions they provided, on April 27th to inform them that the pain was increasing and I was almost out of pain pills. I told them I believe I have dry socket. (I've had dry socket before) I was told not to worry about it and that it probably isn't dry socket and it will get better. Here we are on May 7th, exactly 2 weeks later, on a diet of ibuprofen and soft food. I call them up and let them know I'm still in pain and the receptionist has the gall to tell me it's not dry socket because dry socket happens 3-4 days after surgery. (The first time I called them)

I brought my boyfriend in on emergency status, he had 3 teeth that needed extracted that could not be numbed on a local, we had just come from the dentist who had done 3 on the opposite side, I have never in my life been treated so great, the whole team that day made us feel so comfortable and at ease i was overwhelmed and thankful that they were referred to us, we were seen very quickly for being an emergency and never been there before, from the time we walk in and out was about 4 hours, that has never happened to us....Thank-you to all of you who made us feel so welcomed and understood our situation, you rock...and my boyfriend is sleeping comfortably tonight because of you....again Thank-you....Rod Symm and Elaine DeToro

This place is horrible with hospitality and working for the customer. My wife just got her wisdom teeth extracted and made her really uncomfortable. Keep in mind she has a small mouth; shoving a block in her mouth to keep it open for surgery, which is understandable but her mouth is just too small for that to work and unhinging her jaw for extraction causing problems which have led to “TMJ”. That’s not all! We’ve come to the conclusion that after extraction that she has minor nerve damage on the right side of her jaw, the nerve that controls feeling in her lips cheeks and tongue, she has yet to regain sensation in her tongue... They’re careless to patient care and obviously aren’t experienced enough to do this kind of work.. TRY TO IGNORE GOING HERE THE BEST YOU CAN!

My daughter had four wisdom teeth removed last week. I had many questions for the doctor as she is developmentally very young and has medical issues. The doctor address every concern and answered every question I asked. The staff reviewed after care with me twice (once before and again after the surgery.) I found them polite, professionally, and attentive. Normally, my daughter would scream at the top of her lungs however the staff handled her beautifully and I didn't hear a peep. I began icing my daughter for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off for a full day. She had very slight swelling the first day and didn't have any bruising at all. We gave her pain medicine to first couple of days and by the third day she said her mouth didn't even hurt. I would highly recommend Washington Jaw & Facial Surgery to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed and can not thank them enough for taking such good care of my little girl.
