Dr. Collins is amazing! He’s a down-to-earth guy while still being professional. One reviewer stated that his administrative staff is grumpy. I’d say they are worse than grumpy - more like rude (as in, they should not be talking to clients at all). If it weren’t for the quality work and wonderful disposition of Dr. Collins, I wouldn’t go back because of how rude the woman was that answered the phone when I called to make an appointment and pay my bill. It’s very frustrating. If it weren’t for that, I would rate him 5 stars.

Great medical staff. Administrative staff is grumpy. Dr Collins was the best i've worked with for consult and surgery. Very friendly, straightforward, and easy to talk to. Medical staff is also very friendly and professional. Calling or dealing in person with the front desk staff is not fun. They are grumpy, impatient, and not friendly.

Always friendly, timely on my children's procedures and great with reminders and getting my kids in for their routine checkups.

This has been an amazing visit to Dr Collins. I had an emergency and he took me in right away! In less than an hour, Dr Collins and his crew took care of my tooth problem. The procedure went by smoothly and without pain. They are very professional and gave me good advice. I'm scheduled for another operation in about 4 months, and I'm looking forward to it. Thank you Dr. Collins!
