Called to make an appointment and it was so difficult. Nobody is on the same page with the rules and one of the locations I tried to make an appointment with made the appointment and then said they may or may not end up being open that day but they will call me and let me know. I take off work for this I need to count on your office hours. They said they may or may not be in construction that day. I asked so do you know about the time the remodeling will be over? She said no we don't even know when it will start we know as much as you do. (Unprofessional WOW). She stated that when they book the procedure if they are in construction they will just move my appointment. So I tolled her book me at the other place because I would have to request off 3 days for this procedure and cannott just move it because you people can't seem to get your act together. What kind of a buisness let alone a dental office does this??!!?? Too bad I have to go here because of my insurance UHG!

Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. I felt they were very concerned about my comfort and understanding of the procedure.

Had mishap with Cresent wrench. Repositioned tooth and secured with wire splint within 2 hours. WOW. 👍👍

I can't explain the gratitude I have for Dr Gailey and his team at IOS. From the first appointment his staff amazed me by how welcomed they made me feel. My daughter was born with a cleft lip and palate and I cannot recommend Dr Gailey enough. His kindness and compassion really showed for my daughter, which is why I chose him as my daughters surgeon, and I'm glad I did!
