For a good workout climb the trail to Cat Rock is good. Not tons to see and the trail does get steep over short distances along with wet areas. I hike it for a workout.

Good hike up the Cat Rock trail from 77 or take Old Misery from near the entrance to Cunningham Falls boat ramp. Great views after a quick, rocky scramble to the top

Good Hike-700 Ft  climb over 1-1/4 mile

The trail was well maintained and marked. The rock formation was easy to climb and the view was great.
