You can not go wrong with their food, "Every bite truly is a party in your mouth!"

Toni should rename her business to “Too busy to care” or “con artist catering”. My husband and I went to Catering Creations by Toni to cook for our vegan, nut free and gluten free wedding.
Things that went right
1. There was food at the wedding
Things that went wrong
1. One of our dishes was supposed to come with a romensco (red pepper sauce). She did tell me it would be thinner since she did not put the almonds in the sauce. She did not tell me that instead of the sauce we had tasted that we would be getting what tasted like watered down tomato paste.
2. We ordered a Thai lemongrass noodle salad that had absolutely no lemongrass in it. It was literally a ton of rice noodles, a few veggies here and there and the dressing tasted like pure vinegar. When we confronted Toni abut the taste and offered her a sample of the food we had left over she turned it down saying the food would lose its flavor the longer it sat. It was straight lemongrass I the salad in our tasting that I ate a few days after our tasting and distinctly remember still having the strong lemongrass flavor and loving it.
3. We had ordered a southwest salad with avocado. In the tasting there was a TON of perfectly ripe and tasty avocado. The salad we were supplied barely had avocado and the avocado was firm. When we confronted Toni about this she said sometimes it happens. I paid over $2000 to this woman to have firm and gross avocados. Also with the southwest salad since we are dairy free we decided to not have the mozzarella in our salad. We of course were still charged for it though.
6. We had decided when we did our tasting we wanted to do a fried polenta cake with the romensco sauce and a chimichuri sauce, on top of that we wanted a veggie and tofu spring roll topped with more veggies. The DAY BEFORE the wedding I went to pick up the heaters and she informs me we had only ordered the spring rolls. Then argues with me about it. I pulled up invoices where it only said vegan options but looked further back and found where it distinctly says “polenta cake with veggie spring rolls” in it. I brought this up to her in person after the wedding as well and was blown off.
7. We received no chimchuri sauce at all.
8. The veggie spring rolls were supposed to come with tofu. I have pictures at the tasting of the spring roll with tofu in it. When I brought it up to her she once again got a bad attitude with me and told us that they never had tofu. I have pictures proving otherwise
9. We distinctly asked for a side of grilled veggie which we wanted to include our favorite veggies asparagus, burssel sprouts and mushrooms. We did not get any asparagus. When I brought this up she said we never said that we wanted asparagus. I distinctly remember at the tasting her even writing down asparagus as a veggie.
10. She told us about gratituity for the staff that is auto charged. My husband had actually worked for Toni before and the only tip or gratuity he had received was from customers. He had never once received a tip or pay from Toni herself. So it was just another way for Toni to pocket some extra money.
I feel Catering creations by Toni is a complete sham. She up charges and scammed us literally every single step she could take. When she was confronted about it she immediately became rude and defensive. She was unprofessional at every interaction we had after she had been paid off. I absolutely regret choosing her to supply the food for our wedding. When confronted she literally argued with us. We both offered her samples of the food she had provided and she turned it down. The only thing she did to “make it right” was not charge us the additional $50 she was going to for the polenta she had to last minute make that we had already paid for according to our proposal.
My best advice is if you’re looking for good food at an understandable price and a professional attitude to look literally anywhere else.
there is more that happened but I had to shorten my review to fit google. IN MY OPINION AVOID CATERING CREATIONS IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SCAMMED

We used Catering Creations (2 busy 2 cook) for our wedding on Sept. 6, 2014. I couldn't be happier with the cost, food quality, professionalism, service, and ease of dealing with them. Toni was very responsive throughout the whole process. She helped with a lot of little details too. She really goes the extra mile to help with things you wouldn't expect a caterer to do. They even got us ice for the bar (that they were not catering) when we ran out. She saved us appetizers so we didn't miss out during photos. I can't say enough nice things to say about Toni and her staff. I highly recommend them.
