Cattle Baron

Overall good service and good food at the table. Only downside is our group stood at the entrance for about 10 mins and nobody came to attend us for seating. The place is very clean. There's plenty of parking and it has a very welcoming feel. The table bread was warm and tasty. Great place for any event from birthday celebrations to casual lunch and dining with friends or a date. Thumbs up!

Ordered soup and salad. The salad bar was well stocked with crisp fresh lettuce and all the goodies you'd expect. Unfortunately, they don't have French dressing but the Italian was very tasty. My Green Chile Stew was delectable. Service was fantastic and the server was very attentive. We ate here on a Tuesday night at about 5:30 pm.

Clarissa was our waiter and we had a group of 8 adults and a 6 year old. She was very knowledgeable and charming! She communicated very well and has an eye for detail. She helped me pick a cocktail with her suggestions too. Being from Louisiana, and most of our group from Houston, it was refreshing to see Cattle Baron's seafood dinner options on the menu and with the special. We had a great time and our girl was a pro!

Went here for dinner tonight, and it was really great! The restaurant itself is a little older and looks well lived in, but the food and service were amazing! Our server was Devon, and he was great! My only complaint is that the prime rib was over done. The salad bar was awesome, and they have a large menu to choose from. There were 7 of us, and we there was something for each of us. They also have a good sized kids menu. If I was just rating the food, it would be 3 stars, but the service was amazing and definitely deserved 5 stars!!

We occasionally dine at Cattle Baron, and we would frequent this restaurant more often if the prices werent so high. Hence the 3-star rating. I believe the prices have been increased since our last visit in December. If you don't mind paying over $13. for a 6-ounce prime rib, and one side dish on the lunch menu, check this restaurant out, because the food is really quite good.
