First of all, ask for Michael to be your server. He was amazing and knowledgeable. I asked him for whatever dish he likes to eat and is the best and it was phenomenal. It was a chicken fried steak cooked in garlic butter sauce with mashed potatoes topped with cheese and bacon. One of the best things I have ever eaten. Included with this meal is a fantastic salad bar which offers greens, toppings, premade pasta and potato salads, soups, puddings, fruit and more. Everything was fresh and the salad bar was well stocked and clean. Service was perfect! Prices were incredible. We liked it so much, we went back the next night. Food was still fantastic but Michael wasn't working. Service was still good. Busy but quick. I highly recommend eating here, you will not be disappointed. I wish they would bring one to AZ. Kudos!

Great food and great service. Peppered Steak was cooked to perfection and the chicken fried steak was crispy and so full of flavor. The white cream gravy was just awesome as well . The salad bar was huge and could make an entire meal on its own. Don't miss this place ya'll!

Food was absolutely amazing!!! Ashley's service was detestable. The manager was very helpful and kind. We will try this place again in hopes the level of service was a fluke. Again, outstanding flavors and food.

Go for the steak. This was my husband's favorite meal of our entire 4,000 mile, cross-country trip. He had prime rib that he just loved. I had a filet, which was ok. We also ordered dessert. He had the fresh peach cobbler that he died for. I had the mud pie. I've had better. But everything is made fresh there. The service was excellent, but it also was quite expensive.

Excellent place to dine, great service great food downtown Roswell New Mexico. Being from Texas we are great critics of cattle products or beef in general; I must say it was a fine piece of Cattle Baron steak I had here. Full soup and salad bar friendly service with a smile. Our server Beck was very friendly prompt to attend and very courteous throughout the entire meal one; thing I really appreciate in the restaurant business.
