The house we rented for the week was beautiful and very clean. Everyone was very comfortable. The only problem we had was that I called the “after hours” phone number to ask a question (Saturday, for early check in) and I never received a call back from y’all.

We loved working with Shannon Jenkins as our rental coordinator. She was friendly and helpful. The home we rented was situated right on the lake within close proximity to food and shopping. We will always use CB sales as our rental company.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. My in laws booked a house through a different agency and arrived to find they had no power or running water, and no handicapped access. I called CB Rentals in a panic, desperate because my 91 YO grandmother could not stay in the house. Not only did Jessica find us a house, it was WAY better than the house through the other agency and was ready within 13 hours of my call. This company goes way above and beyond not only for their customers, but for people who aren’t even their customers yet. I will never use another rental agency. I have recommended several friends since, all who have had amazing experiences. Thank you for all you do!!

I've stayed at several locations on the lake over the course of the 10 years I've been going to SML. Shannon has always been super friendly and easy to deal with since our trips there tend to be last minute. We have always found the services of CB Rentals top notch.
