Stay Charlottesville

Beautiful, clean, unique properties. Our latest stay was at Belmont Cottage- it was perfect! In our experiences with Stay C'Ville, the staff has been friendly and helpful, and the properties very clean, and well-thought out and accommodating. This one in particular was also very cool aesthetics-wise, and a very convenient location to downtown and good restaurants!

I just had a wonderful stay at a Stay Charlottesville Property. I was able to find a pet-friendly, family-friendly home at 8pm after a plumbing emergency made our home temporarily uninhabitable for a few days. Stay Charlottesville's impeccable response time and their ability to accommodate us last minute for our needs is priceless. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I don't hesitate to recommend to anyone, and I especially like knowing that my local dollars were spent with a local company committed to the community that it serves.

I cannot speak more highly about Stay Charlottesville!! To start, they have a very user-friendly website that is full of stunning homes and apartments...it made it easy to find the perfect spot! I've stayed at the Addison home located out in Ivy and the Meriwhether room in the Townsmen Hotel on the downtown mall. Both very different locations yet equally amazing experiences! With both stays, I was able to chat with their incredible staff who is constantly available and ready to help with any and all questions...which isn't the experience I've had with all vacation rental companies. Overall, Stay Charlottesville deserves all the praise, and I am looking forward to my next stay with them!

We had an unpleasant stay using Stay Charlottesville. Our rental was directly on the pedestrian mall above the Old Metropolitan Hall @ North 1st & Main St., also owned by Stay Charlottesville. It was horribly loud the entire weekend. It could have been cleaned better as well given the rate was $400/night that included a $60 cleaning fee. A wedding rehearsal party and wedding took place below us the whole weekend. No notification provided. We had to call the on-call number at midnight to complain when the music, intoxicated people lingering outside was too much to continue to tolerate. It was so loud it shook the floors and walls of the apartment. No compensation was offered for our inconveniences. We attempted to watch a movie but had to put the tv volume on 75 to attempt to hear over the band and intoxicated people below us. We were also awakened both mornings at 7:15am by all the delivery trucks on the side street (North 1st). We were asked for a survey of our stay...of course no follow-up from Stay Charlottesville.

Awful experience. Harassed by the neighbors who are affiliated with the property management company. They look for ways to charge extra $500. I recommend staying anywhere else!
