Amazing experience with Sunset Properties. Received a response on my inquiry within minutes and had our dream rental booked within hours. All employees are extremely helpful with answering questions. Had an awesome personal check in that really helped us get familiar with the house. Ethan was GREAT! Can't wait to book with Sunset Properties again next summer!!!

We just had a great long weekend at Plum Paradise. They have a great setup with multiple kitchens, living rooms and short walk to the water. We have used Sunset multiple times and this most recent rental was no exception. Thank you to the Sunset Properties Team for the accommodations and excellent service.

Worked for over a week on renting a vacation rental. Clearly indicating we wanted the place. After multiple emails they finally responded and said they had "just rented" the place the "day" before. Laura is very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Very poor at responding to emails. They claim to have other properties, but at a much higher price. I decided against working with this small company for fear of what the actual rental properties look like. Very misgiving feeling.

Couldn't be more helpful. Greg was great on the phone, made sure we had immediate service and gave us helpful information no one else had given us. They went above and beyond to make changes for us to make our family stay perfect for the specifics of our family. Laura and Dana are the BEST.
