CBS Collision

This place is terrible!!!! My vehicle went in with one small dent from a golf ball and had other areas with scratches so we decided to paint them as well as where the golf ball dent was. When I went to pick it up they had put another dent 6 inches from where the first one was!!! Then tried to sell it to me saying that it was already there! After arguing with the manager asking why would I bring this to you and you fix one dent then leave one less than 6 inches away “ which was not there and he and I knew it” he said just leave it and they will fix it. Well they did. My truck is black the paint looks like it came from a wrecked car auction very low quality orange peeled very bad. I am having it repainted as we speak! They charged me $2700.00 and all I got out of it was a dent repair. There were items stolen out of my truck while it was in there the interior of the vehicle looked like they did the body work with the windows down. When I picked it up the batteries were almost dead and for some reason they had it in 4wd low. Very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!!!!! Would not take a farm truck to these guys they lie and are slow

Worst Body shop ever !!! I took my car to them on December 1st, 2016 and got it back around the first of February. They are very slow to start with and the work was of terrible quality. The car had been hit from behind while parked in a driveway. The car came back with a twisted frame that they swore was undamaged. The transmission was dropping out of gear and would trigger the anti-lock brakes without warning. They repeatedly claimed nothing was wrong. Now the problem they told both me and Met Life insurance was non-existent has resulted in a second accident that has left me with a herniated disc in my neck and constant pain. On top of that I have seen amateurs that do better quality repairs than this shop did. The lower bumper cover they installed new was misaligned by a half inch on the drives side and a quarter inch on the passenger side. The gap on the left side of the new trunk lid was much larger than on the right side and the car constantly pulls to the left even after repeated 4 wheel alignments. Before the accident the passenger cabin was quite after their repairs there is loud wind noisy around the left side doors. They owe me a new car as they clearly don't have the ability to do a quality repair and another body shop wants $9000 to fix CBS's screw-ups not to mention my bodily injury that was the result of them not fixing a reported problem with the car. I hope they have good insurance as they are going to need it when I sue them.

It took almost 2 weeks to do a job that I was told would take 2 days. Then the rental car company had to call me to tell me my car was ready for pick up. About three minutes later CBS called me telling me my car was ready! They lied and said they called me about the car being ready four days prior, but my call log on my phone bill proves that was a lie. This is a highly unprofessional company and the employees lie. I will not go back!!

Repairs took three weeks, but everything is working perfectly!
