The paint work was good for the cost and they do know the insurance process well. You should expect to double the initial time estimates for the work. Attention to detail wasn't great; there were some trim pieces left not fully installed and license plate bolts were drilled into the front despite requests not to do so.

Great job on my vehicle. They went above and beyond. These guys know how to provide customer service. Hope to never need them again but will definitely use them if I have damage to another vehicle.

I was involved in a hit and run accident. After finding Precision and meeting the staff, I was confident they knew what they were doing and my concerns were eased. They were professional, extremely helpful and treated me respectfully.
