Wow this body shop did such great work! My bumper had a hole punched in it and now I can't even tell where it was. Also they were very fast, professional, and courteous. And yes it was nice to get my car back cleaner than I left it; they washed it and even vacuumed the front floorboards.

This is a State Farm Preferred Body Shop, They will try to exclude damage related to your accident if you are a State Farm customer. The work is good, though it took them 2 days to pick up my truck. A week later it was ready, washed job complete, almost. My new rear bumper was 1 inch lower on one side, and had a distinct slope downward on the passenger side. I had to take it as I needed it for work, brought it back that afternoon, and was told to drop it off 2 days later. I dropped it off in the morning, went back at lunch, and the droop was gone, but the bumper did not line up with the body panel. I was told by Mr. Fernando that I did not tell him about this. Who is the body work professional here? Shouldn't an auto body repair facility be able to see when a part is misaligned? I went back to work without my truck, and it was finally made right that evening. I won't be referring any business to them anytime soon.

Have utilized the Covington Body shop for a number of repairs and have always been very pleased with the service and the results. Highly recommended!

Went in to fix a bumper cover after I hit a curb that came out of nowhere. They were able to salvage my old bumper which saved a ton of money. Car looks great, and they even threw in a really good car wash. Price was about $50 cheaper than the $300 another body shop quoted me. My only complaint is it took a lot longer than I had expected (including 3 days to get parts overnighted, and about 2.5 days to get to the fix), and I had to keep calling them to get updates rather than the other way around. Still giving four stars because of the price and quality of the work.
