Adding a star because Tony fixed the white spot problem - apparently it was just overspray from the neighbor painting - and the tiny hole in the seat. Now there's a new problem - bubbling of the paint on the back fin, which I was warned might happen since they said the first two times they painted it, it did the same thing. The previous owner of my car had painted it with spray paint, which might have eaten into the plastic (back fin is plastic), and even though they sanded it down well beyond the spray paint layer, it effected the plastic farther down? Weird. Anyway, Tony said three weeks ago he found a new fin and they're painting it. Hopefully that works out. By the way, Kenneth never called. I called Tony, and that's how the issues above that were fixed got fixed. They were nice and easy to deal with, but I had a few small problems and then a bigger problem. The small problems... First my car took a few days longer than expected, which didn't really bother me at all. When I got the car back, it looked good, except they hadn't vacuumed the passenger seat and there was something spilled across my console. There was also a minuscule hole in the passenger seat from where a welding bead burned a hole in it. I pointed this out, and they cleaned the car right away. I was told an upholstery repair guy would call me the next day to mend the hole. I never heard from him. I let it go because the hole is so small. The bigger problems were that several days after I got my car back, I noticed the new paint they put on is slightly darker than the old shade. It's the type of thing you only notice if you're looking for it, and even then, I'm not sure most people would see it. OK, so I was just going to leave it, but now tiny white dots are coming out in the paint. This is definitely noticeable, and it needs to be redone.

Exceptional service that seems to be missing in so many businesses these days due to cut backs. We are all trying to do more with less. This place is either doing that or they are staffing their place with enough courteous and quality people to do the job right the 1st time. Kudos to Mr Boudreaux and his team!

Staff was very nice - but we were disappointed to discover some items we came to recovery from a totaled vehicle were missing. Sorry, but those type items can't grow legs and walk off on their own - and we know those items were in the truck because we took pictures before it was towed. Sadly they didn't even offer to replace them.

Had my car taken here for front bumper work. The guy Tony told me about the warranty and if I see anything that's not right contact him. I noticed that one side of my bumper looked like it was slipping. I've called and emailed to no avail.

Not very friendly picked up my truck and it was dirty inside.
