Was greeted with a welcome sign at the front desk and an energetic and friendly receptionist- Jennifer- who offered us ice cold bottled water while they assessed my mother's large scratch down the entire side of her vehicle. We left it with them and hours later was called to say it was ready. We were amazed that it looked factory new with no sign of the damage! They also vacuumed interior and washed the entire exterior of the car! So much positive energy there- everyone was friendly and efficient!! Would recommend to all of my friends!!

One of the highest quality collision repair facilities on the north shore. This is a family owned business that creates a family atmosphere for all of its employees and when a company treats its employees like family the employees pass on the gratification to the customers. This shop has recruited and hand picked some of the best talent around and their employees take tremendous pride in pleasing their customers. I can assure you that if you get a chance to be greeted by the receptionist Melissa you will agree that she is a one of a kind treasure to do business with.

When I walked in, I was greeted so warmly, and there was a personal sign of welcome for me!
I was handed a bottle of chilled water!
My car has some minor scratches down the left length. Within the day I dropped it off they called and had it ready to go. My car was restored to factory quality and was detailed inside and out.
I would highly recommend these folks. There is no need to go anywhere else.

I cant speak highly enough of Prestige Auto Body. Everyone was so courteous and professional, and the work they did on our vehicle was second to none. If it was possible to give a sixth star I would and this is why. We were having issues with the insurance company of the other driver and their staff went above and beyond to help us get taken care of. If you are looking for a body shop that is just as concerned with customer service as they are quality workmanship, then this is your place!

Prestige Auto Body has a nice, new facility, but their poor quality controls coupled by what seems to be a complete lack of accountability by its manager, John, will prevent me from utilizing the establishment again.
This is the second time I have used Prestige for a repair. My first experience was not entirely ideal and some of the workmanship was questionable, but I was satisfied overall. My most recent experience, however, was far from acceptable.
When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, I noticed two issues:
1. A paint chip next to the area that was being repainted was not fixed; Prestige simply applied clear coat over the paint chip. I understand that also fixing the paint chip might have been a courtesy by the body shop, but in my experience with dealing with other repair shops, if they have to repaint the bumper or quarter panel, they fix everything—not just gloss over issues with clear coat.
2. The second issue was flakes of trash/debris/dirt that were under the freshly applied clear coat. This was obviously a mistake made by the body shop. When the issue was pointed out the manager, John, he tried to gloss over the situation. After I pulled up a photograph of the car pre-repair that clearly showed the debris wasn’t there before, he stated “well you wouldn’t see that in a photograph”. Complete BS! The first thing I thought of while talking to this guy is that he must have been a used car salesman at some point in his life. He eventually conceded and agreed to fix the issues. He actually offered to meet me at 7am with a rental car the following week so I wouldn’t miss any additional work. However, the receptionist advised that the rental car company doesn’t even open until 7:30am and informed me this wasn’t possible. (Another empty promise made by this guy!) In the end I kept my rental car over the weekend at Prestige’s expense so they can correct the repair today.
This review would be much different had the manager simply accepted responsibility for the body shop’s screw ups instead of skirting the issue. He made it seem like he’d do me a favor by fixing the problem. I left that place fuming just a few days ago. As stated previously, I will not use the body shop again. I do not recommend that anyone use this shop. The facility looks shiny and new, but its management is obviously tarnished.
