Took over 2 weeks to get an estimate. Over $500 more then 2 other estimates. Denied we called to get estimate and said they were waiting on us. Can’t diagnosis all problems there. Took and charged transfer fee to diagnose a problem we didn’t want addressed without our permission. We could have driven the car there. Worse experience ever. They are overpriced and lie.

Lifetime guarantee enthusiastically honored! We heard a rattling at high speeds in the drivers side wheel well where damage was previously repaired. Our inspection revealed part of the vehicle was loose and not properly attached to a component that had been replaced during the repair. Even though the actual repair was done over a year ago and I had no paperwork from the repair with me, they looked up the repair in their system, did a quick inspection, agreed there was a problem, borrowed my keys, drove the vehicle back into the shop and completed the repair in almost as little time as it took for me to send a text update to my wife.

[Precision Collision made sure that the insurance company did what they needed to do, and made sure that my car was back to looking brand new! Highly recommend, and will forever bring my vehicles there. Very thankful for them.
