I was thoroughly impressed and so pleasantly surprised by the work and customer service at ART. Our 2013 Ford Escape was in a minor car accident where another individual's insurance was responsible for covering our repairs. ART was incredibly personable and thorough not only in their repairs but in their customer service. I truly was so impressed. The car is an odd unique color and the repair was done beautifully, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. They are genuinely authentic people who actually care about their customers and their cars. My husband needs his windshield repaired on a Ford Focus RS and we will absolutely be heading back to ART for their great work and super personable service! Super thankful for this great find!

Finally, I was able to find an automotive body repair /paint shop that welcomes small jobs . The bulk of auto body repair /paint shops want those high dollar insurance jobs and don't want to be bothered with small scratches , dents, and rust spots . Oh , they SAY they like small jobs and once they get your vehicle take days or weeks to get the most minimal thing done. They use the old ploy of working your small job in with the high dollar jobs . You can well imagine how pleasantly surprised and encouraged when I paid a visit to ART Inc and met Brandon Pennington the manager. Before I allowed him to look at my vehicle , I told him that if they didn't want a small job to tell me so and I'd go on my way , no hard feelings . Brandon said they welcome small jobs . He was courteous , polite ,and respectful . Of course, I took my vehicle there for body work . When the work was complete --and get this --ahead of time , he emailed me . Wow ! I was stunned. I have yet to receive that kind of conscientious and personal attention from some of those other so-called "reputable shops ." I highly recommend ART Inc

Sometimes you have that vehicle that gives a mechanic/body repair shop the biggest of headaches!!Well, my truck was that vehicle after my wreck! **Story aside..... I just was to give a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to the guys at A.R.T! They NEVER gave up on the issue until it exceeded their expectations as well as mine!! Such an amazing and understanding group of people to work with!! Truck looks GREAT!! Brandon Pennington THANK YOU!!

A.R.T. did an incredible job with my truck! I had the bed replaced and painted. Brandon made the whole process super easy and went above and beyond what was expected! I’d recommend anyone needing work done on a vehicle go there! Thanks again!

Excellent. I brought my 2010 Sienna in with damage to three areas and the repairs are invisible. Brandon worked with me on repair and pricing options and was more affordable than other area shops. The job was completed ahead of the estimated time frame, which is rare. Friendly, straightforward and competent craftsmanship. No upselling, no fear tactics or mysterious pro-shop jargon. Highly recommended!!!
