From the first call I made to them, the staff was very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. They special ordered my tires since they were not in stock, came to my work to get my vehicle after letting me know my tires arrived, called me throughout the process to update me on the status, any issues or needs, and brought my car back to me at my work so that I didn't have to wait until the weekend. I called several times in between and each person I spoke to answered every question I had with patience, respect, and politeness. Definitely got a good tire purchase package and will be using Parker going forward. Would recommend them to anyone.

Parker Auto Body is by far the best auto shop that I have ever been to. They treat your vehicle as if it was their own. The staff would call to update me on the repair process. They didn’t cut any corners. I highly recommend them.

The following review will be covering 2 vehicles Me and My mother had repaired here from not at fault rear end collisions. My car(2016 Mazda 6) being repaired under the other drivers insurance (go auto) and my mother vehicle (2014 Toyota Sequoia) being repaid under a local insurance company. Since I waited a few months my exact memory recall may be a bit off but I have pictures and Video of everything. First lets start with My car. It was sent in as a rear end collision under that impacted under the speed of 30 mph. Was told I could expect my car back with a possibility of 2 weeks time. They had my car for several weeks and blamed it on Go Auto which is believable. The issue stems from shoddy repair work, muffler work was very good but they outsource that to The Muffler Shop. The actual parts they had to replace in house have many issues. The rear trunk lid has a very large gap that was not present before. As well as missed plastic that I guess cracked from impact. They agreed to replace the part though and ordered it I have yet to setup an appointment for install. They may be able to fix all the issues I have, the reason I am making this review BEFORE I have them fix my car completely (we took my mother car back and had the issues handled in a timely manner) is because this kind of work should have never left the shop. Below I will post several pictures to further explain. Now I have considered maybe a design flaw in which how the Toyota bumper hangs to be the reason it doesn't mach OEM and I would like to confirm that they did fix the issues with the my mothers car. The Mazda bumper its self was OEM (all parts were) and well painted just the huge gap is really what makes me have such a bad impression of the quality of work. Good talent at Parker just some pretty bad quality control if a 17 year old can point this stuff out I am pretty sure any professional could (should) be able to. I will follow up soon and update this review after I contact them to get the missed damage on the Mazda. I went in to Parker with the thought that they are one of the best businesses in the area. After seeing the quality of work pumped out I doubt I would come back for feature repair work.
Update 4-12-17
Was contacted by Andrew from Parker. To sum up the conversation he was upset with the review and the fact that I had been very slothful in getting my car back over to them to fix my damages. I respect Andrew for the devotion he has for his company and his talented workers at Parker Autobody. He scrutinized the fact that I felt entitled to upload the review instead of contacting them and solving the issue which I can understand. If I had the single issues with the Mazda I would have uploaded a 5 star review; it's just the fact that we had so many tiny fit and finish issues on both cars that prompted me to upload the review. I understand everyone makes mistakes myself included; I get that internet reviews can be hard to process but it gives people a way to voice thier experience with a company; it gives an area of accountability that I feel is alluded when you deal with everything behind the scenes. The missed damaged part will be reordered and I will update the review afterwards.
Edit 4/20/17
Went in to replace the damaged plastic piece, was in and out in under 10 mins. Looks great, I never brought to attention the rear hatch gap but in all honesty it's just cosmetic and I'm done worrying about it. All in all Parker did a pretty good job and I would consider them for feature repairs.
