I have never dealt with such rude people before. They mess up in accounting and expect me to pay for their mistakes. I went up there 3 different times to figure this out. The accounting person was gone every time. I finally receive a phone call from accounting. She is so hard headed and determined to be right at any cost. She told me she already explained it to me and she was right. Then hung up on me! I couldn't believe it. Like its not bad enough my 34 weeks has been with 5 or 6 different counselor. I have to deal with incompetent employees. Hard to tell what I'm to learn from this experience. My suggestion would be go somewhere else. A place that might actually care.

So I've had problems here but i brushed them aside. Well today I go into my DBT group and I am told after today I cannot cone back for services because I owe money. I signed an agreement stating I could pay in March when my unemployment came in and it was approved. The b**** at the front desk acts like I have money but I don't want to pay. If I had money I would OBVIOUSLY PAY MY DAMN BILL so I could continue my therapy. The people who work at thr front are rude. Many times I haven't gotten the call reminding me of an appointment and it came down to it being my fault even though THEIR system wasn't working. I love my theripest and psychartiest but how this place is run is a complete joke!

This is the only bad review I have ever written. I wish there was a human that I could speak to about this grave situation though we have tried and been redirected and hung up on. This is the only way that I can express my horror, publicly. Mental health is as important as physical health and many lives are lost through the cracks through incompetence, negligence, and lack of value placed on an individual's life. Someone very dear to me is suicidal and placed on an M1 hold at Montrose Hospital. Instead of following through with the 72-hour hold this person was released in less than 12 hours because The Center of Mental Health "lost" evidence given to them by a police officer! If this person dies or hurts someone else, I will personally hold the incompetence of the evaluator and The Center of Mental Health in Montrose at fault. An attorney has been contacted. Unacceptable. Also, unacceptable is being placed on hold during a mental health crisis. Suicide is always a tragedy. Those in crisis are in my thoughts as I fear for the lack of treatment or care available to them in this community. Please, dear human, DON'T GIVE UP!

Miserable service. Talk to a so called councillor and first question was"what would you like me to tell you?" That question alone about made me sick. Before that I was told bill was based off income beings I had a very high deductible plan and it was $60. 3 horrible visits later and 6 months go by and I get a bill for $600+ and noone there explains what happened only that "it is what it is we're sorry " absolutely uncalled for and wrong.
