I've been depending on their advocacy and continuation following a schizo affected adult with limited means. . They lowered his meds to the point of not working. Most recently brought to court and they didn't coordinate an intake. There is a disconnect in providing services via Skype and actual useful mental health. Citing HIPAA is bull. Sad to say I'm so very disappointed, my trust is wavered. I can only imagine if I was the client, I'd be contemplating suicide. No feelings of connection at all. It's sad. Please reinvigorate the staff and have them step up. Colorado has a responsibility to it's customer and citizens. This program is lacking what it set out to be. It's funded. How about help the clients when they can't and don't help themselves!?
