I was recommended to this business by my auto insurance for their excellent service and high quality work. I called the business to inquire about the process of working with insurance, estimates and scheduling - the gentleman on the phone was unhelpful and condescending when responding to my questions. I have provided this feedback to my insurance and they helped me find a much more helpful and customer service oriented body shop in the area to work with.

This auto repair shop has my whole entire heart. I’ve been going here for years and will never even think about going anywhere else. The customer service is beyond my wildest expectations and the work they’ve done on my car is amazing. If you’re thinking about taking your car into a shop I 100 hundred percent recommend going here. You won’t be disappointed. I took my car in to fix a dent a couple weeks ago and they fixed my tail light, wash my car, and my tires all for free. Whenever I drop my car off I always know that it’s safe and I won’t have to worry about it at all. Thank you for making this process so easy you guys I appreciate you!!!!

I can't thank the staff at Central Auto Body enough for all they did as my car was being repaired. They kept me informed at every stage of the process and did an outstanding job on the repair. More importantly, I explained that I had lost my job and that money was tight. They went above and beyond to hold to the original budget and were even able to lower the cost on some items.
