The staff at Fun Land knows what customer service means. I brought my family and lost a card with a significant balance. I had proof of purchase and remembered what we paid for. Tommy, the operations manager on duty, helped me walk through the list of transactions and transferred the balance after determining that someone found the card and used it. That is above and beyond and I will definitely bring my family back. Thank you Tommy and Fun Land!

Kids enjoyed the new VR game in the back. Also had fun with some of the regular games. Nothing new in the outdoor area, but still plenty of fun to be had there as well. Game prices are a bit steep, so had to remove a star there. Otherwise, great place for kids to have some fun.

The fun part of fun land is good. The snack bar is garbage. Hello! You do have grown ups who eat too! And people with allergies! And what's with the microwave hamburgers?

A lot of fun but pretty expensive. The new attractions are a lot of fun for the kids. The new vr attraction not being included with the wristbands is kind of lame, but it’s their choice. I would rather have it included with my $43 wristband.

Most negative reviews about this place are because "my daughter got fired", or "nothing compared to this place in Florida" ???? There are some legitimate complaints, but overall this place is great. Much more to do than over at the Birthday Rat place. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable when asked about my daughter's birthday party (wasn't expecting a team of certified experts). Games are good. Kids love it. I recommend it.
