Shadowland Laser Adventures

I love laser tag, mainly thanks to Shadowland, which does a great job with the large variety of games they have. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the two level playing arena with lots of places to hide makes for interesting gameplay. The unlimited play on Friday nights is an unbeatable deal: $20 for four hours of amazing fun!

Me and my daughter had a great time the other day at this location. The arena was great, the staff was great as well. All of the equipment worked very well. The staff got us really excited for the games. We both appreciated the new video games as the old ones did not work very well. My recommendation is to allow the customer to purchase video game tokens (i.e. quarters) at the front desk with the purchase of the laser tag games (I pay with credit card--I don't carry cash anymore, lost it too many times!). Thus, I can receive the quarters at the front desk upon payment and then use between the games (or have the quarters ready when I pick up my next slip so I don't lose them in the arena!). I was very pleased with the facility. Please consider updating the restrooms--new sinks, faucets, and a little make-over is needed. Other than that, a wonderful experience!! Thank you.

I went here for a work outing and had a good time! Definitely an older facility, and the lobby was a bit dirty. The room itself was pretty ok, but the equipment malfunctioned for multiple people in our group multiple times, completely messing up one of our rounds. Overall still fun, and the staff were nice but it could really use an update. Still great for groups!

We had the unfortunate timing of attending during the sugar land craft festival. Those festival goers were dangerous and rude! The shadowland staff is trying though. The facility was not set-up 5min before the party was to start. They asked us to stand in the hall, then asked us to move a few times. Not impressed...
