Great birthday experience for my 9-year-old son. People there were really nice and understanding when we had less kids than originally booked -- let us do an extra laser game so we got everything we paid for! Would definitely do a party here again.

This is the worst laser tag facility I have ever been to. I booked my party online at a different location and was called a week later and told that they had closed the location I had booked and moved me to the Sterling location. The day of the party the laser tag scoring and computers did not work, the air conditioning in the party room was malfunctioning, the arcade machines were not working, and they were understaffed so I did not have a party host. Additionally, I was not provided drinks as per the agreement. When I went to pay, I was charged an erroneous facility fee and not given credit for my deposit. I have contacted ownership several times and they will not return my calls. My advice is to NEVER go here.

Took some middle schoolers here for a few Saturday rounds, we were paired with a few other middle schoolers on our team, then pitted against a very large group of young elemtentary school students. Long story short, one of the young kids got hurt, looked like he might have been bumped by one of his friends, they were running around in a knot of kids together. The manager pulled me, my middle school boys, and the two other middle schoolers on our team into the backroom, without parents, and told them they couldn't leave until one of them confessed to hurting the little kid. He yelled at them, and threatened them, and wouldn't let them into he lobby where there were other adults. Luckily I was in the room, and told him to stop threatening the kids, and forced him to release the kids from the room. Honestly, the entire incident was bizarre and disturbing. When I tried to confront the manager and tell him he can't threaten kids, he sneered at me and told me it was a "tactic to get them to confess to hurting the kid." Thankfully it was our last round, but as a youth leader I will not be taking kids back to this location. Shame, it's right around the corner. If you're still reading this, the entire establishment is pretty tired as well. Nearly all the arcade equipment is outdated and broken. The whole place is poorly managed and poorly taken care of. Kids are not safe with these people in my opinion. Shame indeed. Most of the staff were high schoolers who were nice enough. Go somewhere else if you can.
