Laser Quest

Haven’t even made it in yet because of how disorganized the staff is. If you are under the impression that this is a thirty minute “adventure” be prepared to spend at least an hour waiting before you are even able to start playing

The game is fun but the staff is terrible. They can't multitask and the games are always 20 to 30 minutes behind schedule. No one ever seems to know what they're doing. There's only 1 person working each station meaning only 1 person to ring people up & 1 person to do codenames when there are over 13 people on line waiting. The manager Ken literally checked in several parties who were in line AFTER me and made me wait. They werent even apologetic about it! This place is cool in theory but actually sucks. Try Uptown Alleys instead...they are way more competent!!!

Did a trip during school hours with students and the staff was great and keeping them orderly and occupied. Great trip for students or family. We also did the detention KeyQuest, and my daughter loved it. Krish was supper friendly and helpful. Would definitely do it again.

So grateful to have this place in our neighborhood! The management is amazing - always accomodating for customers' needs. The price is very affordable, especially if you use Groupon. We visit this Laser Quest location quite often, both for events and small outings. Their laser tag arena is the best in the area (and we've checked out all of them :)). The birthday parties are a breeze to schedule and to hold. The team members at LQ are very friendly and helpful. This place is great for kids and adults alike.

We did "The Cellar" escape room and our party of 5 were NOT impressed. The room was not set up right, clues were missing, and was an overall bad experience. The only redeeming factor of the room was being blindfolded as we entered. At the end, they took our picture without asking or explanation and we still don't know where our picture is. We were also supposed to play laser tag there but we never received instructions for that either.
