Charlotte Premium Outlets

Very nice outside mall. Lots of options. The restrooms are super clean. Even the people standing in the middle aisles trying to pull you in are pretty friendly are not too pushy of you're not into what their selling. I highly recommend this mall. It's one of my favorites.

I liked it but there were a lot of police present which made me wonder about safety. They have a ton of designer stores with excellent merchandise and the prices are great. Ann Taylor and Kate Spade were the best. The day I went Ann Taylor was 60% off and I purchased a really high quality blouse for $20. I will be going back but will make sure I am aware of my surroundings so I keep myself safe.

Premium is the key word! Premium prices in addition to customer service, clean, maps readily available to aid in the customers ability to locate retailers. There were a few stores with legitimate sales on seasonal items. I found one store with nearly bare shelves, when I inquired with the staff, the response given was “ WE HAVE NEW BUYERS AND SUPPLIERS”, we’re selling out of all of our inventory so that we can renovate with a new look.” I further researched this company to find out what was really going on and found that the company was merging with another competitor located just a few stores down the strip. Fairly good shopping experience, ample parking, public restrooms were spacious and conveniently located. Impressive family restroom with a baby changing station, television, baby wipes and comfortable seating.

This is a really nice outdoor shopping mall. Great for getting out of the house during the summer time. As others have mentioned, the food court is pretty much incomplete and non existentent. The outlet has been open since 2014, so I don't know why they haven't been able to get the food court figured out yet. The prices are the same as what you'd find at the mall, so don't come expecting to find major deals. Still a pleasant shopping experience however.

Love this place! So much closer to me than concord mills. Has everything i need and my 2 year old loves going here to run around
