One of the best mall I've ever visited. A great place to bring kids. They have an aquarium, It is a good size with a lot of different sea life. They have a Dave & Buster's inside. Merry-Go-Round lots of little games and rides throughout the mall. A lot of outlet stores to do some shopping. Great prices. You will not be disappointed.

What a fabulous mall. We enjoyed the AMC movie theater, Bass pro shop, Rocky mountain chocolate factory, Home goods and more. The aquarium was closed when we got out from the movie, but it looked really cool. Lots of amazing places under one roof. We would have stayed longer and done more if we had more time. We enjoyed visiting here while staying at Great Wolf Lodge.

I've had good experiences and bad experiences but it all comes to about even considering I only really come here for movies, going to the BAM!, or Bass Pro at this point, and those stores/venues are almost always on point. some shops have changed, for instance 5 below was a good addition, but it is rarely staffed well enough. The Best Buy is just okay, and the new additions/upgrades to the food court were definitely welcomed as it now looks and feels like a lot better in terms of atmosphere.

Gorgeous design, fantastic selection of stores, and the food court has some interesting and diverse food options. Their theater is the best movie-going experience in Concord, and they even have an indoor trampoline and playground for the kids! That said, I would be loathe to omit the experience that is the complementary miniature train ride that you may partake in, every hour on the hour. It's a joy to experience, and your kids will love it.
Unfortunately, there's only about 2 or 3 restrooms in the entire facility, and they are always difficult to find. Also, I hate that they removed the children's reading area from the Barnes and Nobles. Lounging is no longer appreciated in this place. It would be a three, but they're the only place in a 100 mile radius with a Five Below(basically a Dollar Tree on Steroids); my favorite store. Everyone needs to visit that store at least once. That deserves a four. Enjoy the only landmark easier to find than the IRS's attention. You'll have a reasonably enjoyable time, if you're looking for one.

This is my favorite Charlotte-area mall by far. Their movie theater has reclining seats and are the most comfortable. The downside is the traffic congestion especially around holidays. Lots of great stores and a wide variety of places to eat. Lots to do including a Dave and Busters.
