From installation to chemical and cleaning maintenance to moving and repeated maintenance and upkeep. I have been advised on ways to keep my Caldera in its best shape with cleaning regiments and chemicals. I would recommend this company to any friend, stranger, or loved one. We were thoroughly pleased with the service we received from Charlottesville Aquatics. Both Fred and Christine were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and provided excellent service throughout the process of selection of our spa to installation. Christine was always available by phone and in person if we ever had a question, as new spa owners. I would recommend Charlottesville Aquatics without reservation!

The Service department at CA is outstanding - very user friendly and interested in customer satisfaction. When responding to service requests they come when promised and take time to explain things. They also are esy to deal with over the telephone; Jody Weedlun is a standout for her friendly, enthusiastic desire to help. She helped me recently in making a filter purchase decision; when I couldn't get through to the retail sales department she kept me on the phone and walked downstairs to get the information I needed.
