AAA Pools LLC

I ABSOLUTELY love AAA Pools. Richard, the owner, was so informative and educated us on pools. We had a bad experience with another pool company who we ultimately sued. I started searching for a reputable company and came across AAA Pools and I am so glad I did. Richard spent over 3 hours with us and made our decision so much easier. I only wished I had started out with him. He delivered an amazing oasis that we absolutely love...he did not disappoint!!! His crew were amazing and their work was too notch!!! One thing I have learned in this is you get what you pay for!! If I could give more than 5 stars then I would.

AAA was great, our back yard looks wonderful for the price, they were fair. The only reason I haven’t given them 5 stars because our pool was supposed to start building in September 2017, but didn’t start until October, which is not a big deal but I never once received call telling me they are going to be late, I was the one making all calls to see what’s going on. And other nagative thing was I ordered a safety cover from them, so the decision was made that they will close my pool when the cover arrives, and they said it will take a couple weeks, well over a month later a cover didn’t arrive, I don’t know if they forgot to order it or what happened, so they told me to keep the pump and jets running at all time so it won’t freeze, the jets were running but with wind pushing water around it it froze all the way to the point no water was coming off the jets, I called I told them so they sent Wayne to close the pool without a cover still, a wonderful guy who spent half day outside and in freezing cold trying to make sure my jets aren’t frozen, after while he decided to close the pool and hope for the best for the summer. He came last week to open the pool, well one jet was working fine and the other was squirting water in weird way, so from my understanding those the jets are done, which sucks from my kids because they were looking forward for them, and the fact that this is brand new pool and jets are already broken and we didn’t even get to use them once. On positive note buying a cover from them allowed me to get a free closing and opening pool for the first time. And the biggest positive so far with AAA is Wayne, he is very friendly, he takes his time with everything, explains everything, he even answer my texts any time I have a question. When I see Wayne working around my pool you can tell he actually loves what he does and he does it well.. I highly recommended AAA for closing and opening to a couple of my friends and neighbors all because of Wayne.

I have had a wonderful experience with AAA pools as they are currently installing my in ground pool. My backyard have turned from a boring half acre to a beautiful level paradise oasis where me and the family can enjoy for many years. First they showed up early as I was originally scheduled in January 2018 and they showed up after Christmas 2017. So far the work has been nothing short of superb. I review the work each and everyday as the progress continues. I am very happy on how this big project is turning out. Richard, Brian, Mark and Chris along with the AAA contracting crew has made me a very happy satisfied customer who now has and will contract out more projects for AAA pools to complete at my home this spring. Our in ground pool is gorgeous and our family can not wait until the weather warms so we can start using our pool. A big thanks to AAA pools for making a dream come true for me and the family. Definitely recommend AAA pools to any and everyone who is looking for a beautiful backyard oasis that they would love to enjoy for years to come. Keep up the great professional work!!

Everything rises and falls with leadership, and AAA Pools has an amazing leadership team. The quality of their work and service is beyond compare. They totally overhauled our pool including new decking and coping. They service our pool every week, and are always here if we ever need them. As with most things, but especially pools, "if you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." Look no further than AAA Pools for total excellence.

Richard and the AAA Pool Family work hard to make sure I was satisfied with my service Richard responded to my questions on Sunday mother's day this is why I only use AAA pools for all my pool needs
