Always reliable, on time and great service. Been using Millennium for my first year and can't say enough. Charles and Brian opened it pool early and did an outstanding job. I strongly suggest the winter maintenance which is two treatments. Makes a world of difference when you open the pool in spring. It's an investment. Take care of it and hire those who have your back. The team at Millenium pools was fantastic. These are professional , experienced, friendly, responsive and efficient. After 18 years my pool needed to be resurfaced and some equipment changed. The job was completed on time and neatly. We are very pleased with their making sure that the customer is happy and would whole heartedly recommend them for pool renovation and servicing.

I scheduled a pool opening over a week in advance, and followed up the day of the scheduled opening with a second phone call to verify the scheduled appointment and inquire about their estimated arrival time. I was given a two hour window for later that day when the crew would show up. They never showed, and never called. I wasted an entire day staying home waiting for someone from Millennium to show up, and they couldn't even be bothered to make a phone call. The company is unreliable and unprofessional. I will never do business with them, and don't know why anyone would want to deal with a company like that when there are so many other reliable and professional competitors.

Millennium is a great aquatic pool service company that ensures all of your issues are meet. All employees are very punctual and knowledgeable about aquatic filtration and maintenance. Mr.Fennell, a Commercial Supervisor for Millennium is always willing to lend a helping hand or listening ear which makes resolving aquatic issues a breeze. DPR appreciates all your hard work. We've had a couple issues with MP but the Owner has since called and apologized and is doing his best to make things right.
