Charming Charlie

Store use to be very organized and beautiful. Not sure if there are new management, but now it is very sloppy. The associates don't engage customers nor greet. I wasn't even acknowledged in the store not even at the register, due to the ladies being on their phones. It was very unprofessional. I do plan to return to the store, because I have been going there to shop for the last 3 yrs. There use to be a girl that worked there, I think her name started with an M. She was really great at customer service and I had such an awesome time with her while I was there. I hope they are training their associates to model her selling behaviors and continue to greet customers with superb service.

Great place for sales and clearance items to complete your wardrobe. Staff greeted me at the door. New stuff is sorted by color, clearance stuff is as well, but sees a lot of turnover so it's messier. Prices are straight up good when on sale. Prices are average to slightly better than average when not on sale. Location can't be beat at the west end of Legends here in KC. Easy access for a strip mall.

This place is HUGE!! I have never left empty handed. The most unexpected finds too! Wide variety of colors and styles from purses and jewelry to home decor and clothes. This is a must see store when at the Legends.

Staff is not engaging, no one greets. I was not spoken to until I walked to the register after spending an hour looking at every part of this huge store. That's inexcusable. Your tasks are not more important than your customer. Update: They put advertisements on cars in the parking lots of the mall.
